Anna Pirozzi is an Italian dramatic soprano born in Naples, acclaimed as one of the leading voices of her generation. She trained at the Istituto Musicale della Valle d’Aosta and the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Turin, making her professional debut in 2012 at Teatro Regio in Un ballo in maschera. She quickly established an international career, performing at major houses such as the Royal Opera House, Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Paris Opera, and Vienna State Opera. Known for demanding roles, her repertoire includes Abigaille (Nabucco), Lady Macbeth (Macbeth), Turandot, Tosca, and Aida, with over a hundred performances of Abigaille alone.
